GRADUATE TRAINEE
PURPOSE
To develop young, high-potential graduates through structured learning, hands-on exposure, and rotational assignments, equipping them to contribute effectively to daily operations across critical business areas.
THE JOB
- Participate in all training and rotational assignments.
- Contribute to projects and process improvement activities.
- Learn and understand Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Identify and understand Behavioral Base Safety and it application
- Assist in preparing routine (daily/weekly/monthly) reports.
- Understand and apply Problem Solving Techniques for Process improvement (RCA).
- Learn and understand Maintenance Reliability (Failure mode and effect critical analysis)
THE PERSON MUST
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capability
- Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and professionalism
- Open to assignments in Lagos or Kano
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Polymer & Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Polytechnic
EXPERIENCE
- 0-2 years post-NYSC
- Interest in manufacturing and operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
